Lathe TAE-35N - Technical characteristics of the machine.

Lathe TAE-35N is equipped with a 8, 10 or 12 - positional tool head. Equipment of the head consisting in all sorts of tool holders depends on the task and should be determined by agreement between the manufacturer and the user.

CNC lathe TAE35N "Hanka" is a programmable machine tool designed for high-level turning of items mounted in clamps or in the holder.

Very precise lathe was made using a modern control and AC drives for high precision items with repeatibility of simple or complex shapes.

The machine has been manufactured for two years. It uses a lot of new innovative solutions. Ecological greased roller guides and ball screws now are being more commonly applied.

The lathe TAE35N "Hanka" has a new control SIEMENS 828D. This control replaces SINUMERIK 810D manufactured for over 10 years. We are one of the first companies implementing this control to their products.

1. Guide rails and ball screws on both axes, lubricated with solid grease represent the latest development in the world.

  • almost 10-fold reduction in the volatility of support motion resistance (from 35% to 4%), which greatly improves the accuracy and repeatability of positioning and therefore the accuracy of processing;
  • noise reduced by 10 dB during fast forward slide;
  • reduced heating of guides and hence, geometric stability of tools;
  • increased life of coolant, even several times, due to the elimination of lubricating oil in rails and roller screws, which in CNC lathes with traditional solutions enters the coolant and causes the development of anaerobic digestion and odor;
  • improved durability thanks to double sealing of turned blocks.

2. Design solution of the lathe headstock is also innovative and provides enhanced geometrical stability of the machine. The headstock is not simply one casting bolted directly to the lathe bed as in traditional lathes, but consists of two bodies, which enable mutual partial compensation of thermal distortion resulting from the heating of the machine tool during machining - the so-called called "hammock spindle suspension", which allows for a very accurate operation of the machine without pre-heating period, right after the start.
